OK, I'll put both in; but I'm still going to use my ones on my levels

Quote from: ccexplore (not logged in) link=1125677419/0#14 date=1125874489Cheapo uses a full-color mini-map and as far as I know no one has complained. (Well, maybe not yet. Watch now as Mindless/Ahribar/Jazzem proves me wrong.)Well, it's made (slightly) harder work for me as a style designer, since I've had to choose a colour for the dotted border showing what corresponds to the visible screen area on each style, trying to make it look good against the terrain colour.
Quote from: JM link=1125768276/45#45 date=1125844562That's an amazing screenshot Ahribar. The level design is also amazing.
Quote from: geoo89 link=1125768276/45#47 date=1125856410Well, for the exits, I don't like the ones for the Classic/Colums and the Crystal style. I really prefer the original for those.OK, I'll put both in; but I'm still going to use my ones on my levels
QuoteI general, I hope the music gets ready as soon as possible since I want to use your stylesI'll send you ccexplore's e-mail address then, so you can help to nag him! God knows I've made little enough progress on my own........
Quote from: ccexplore (not logged in) link=1125768276/30#41 date=1125831080Oh, so these were the high-resolution Win95 graphics then.
Damn they really do look nice. B) Ahribar, does your "original graphics" look more like the Win95 one or the DOS one?
Quote from: guest link=1114567084/435#435 date=1125811042Even havoc 20? You must be persistent...Why? It's not hard. Oh, I admit, it looks really forbidding, but once you settle down to play it, after a bit of trial and error to work out where to start the bombers, it's a lot easier than several of the levels before it.
Quote from: ccexplore (not logged in) link=1125768276/30#32 date=1125806340I also thought they were OK until it became possible for me to design levels with the original graphics..... though the Columns style is perhaps the least crap. One thing I do like, though, is the exits (except of course the Fire one); in my new styles I've combined the design of the Cheapo exits with the colouring of the originals to get the perfect combination
I thought Cheapo's Blue/Crystal style was decent though, and maybe also the Columns style. I have to agree I'm not too enthusiastic about its Pink style.
Quote from: JM link=1114567084/420#427 date=1125764234I didn't look at the solution page to complete the level. I completed it before I found out about Lemmings on the internet.

Cheapo ugly? ::
Quote from: guest link=1114567084/405#416 date=1125638409In fact, the only real challenge is containing and releasing the crowd, and that's not hard at all. [Sorry about all that, I just didn't like the level.]Hmm.... since I can't play the level I don't know, but wouldn't the "Time to get up" solution work? Or would there not be enough builders?
QuoteBy the way, "The Lemming Tower of Pizza" is a great title for a levelHey, thanks!
