[SUGGESTION EDITOR] Level list window

This mostly overlaps with http://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=2520 so I have closed this one.

When I create a new terrain piece, the window should jump to the bottom, showing me the properties of the new piece, instead of jumping to the top (current behaviour).

When I select a piece, the window should jump to that piece.

This seems a good time to remind you, namida, of the previous Level List window topic, which (despite being closed) contains several more suggestions that (as far as I know) are not yet implemented.

I'll see what I can do about these. In many past cases, I've had problems with getting those kind of lists to jump to the correct position. But as we've seen from other recent breakthroughs, I do seem to keep getting better at finding ways to handle these things (eg. at one point, I thought that the suggestion about how to handle screen position when zooming was virtually impossible, but then I found a way), so it can't hurt to at least try.
