You don't need to know how to use dosbox for this. Just click the BAT file and the game will launch and everything is auto.

Hit ctrl-f9 to quick end the game if you need to quit faster than the game's exit method.

No knowledge of dosbox is necessary. I did this for lem1,2 3, and 3d as well.

I've definitely seen this happen.

When you more recently made an update I no longer saw this though. I'd open the level-select and open up some level lists and it'd eventually change to the hand.

I can't get mine to do this anymore. you fixed something else about this menu hanging or something and mine never did this again. It was around the time you fixed the menu tile looping thing so it'd stop at the highest difficulty.

Here's a link to Lemmings 3 for Windows.

Just unzip to a folder and run the .Bat file.

I went ahead and took the risk. I installed it...

Now I have all these little green-haired critters running around on my screen.

It's gonna take some work to get rid of them. ;)

I posted Emulated versions of Lemmings 2, 3, and 3D all on the forum here to download and play on windows 7 or newer. Just unzip to a folder and click to play.

I thought originally the lem would propellor down safely after reaching the top.
Is this idea to transition to a faller a new idea? Or was I imagining that?

I agree with Strato. This looks like a good starting point.
I forgot L3 had a different turner function too. Not sure how important that is.

I still like the Revolutions coloring.

I will definitely download and play it. I'm not the best at some of these really difficult levels and I'm not above sneaking a peek at a replay or two when I'm stuck, which may not be possible if the player audience is small, but I definitely want to play it.

I'm also into old world maps. I have a couple framed and hanging in my house. I also have one flat-earther in the family that I intend to
help find his way some day.

I love history. And specifically World history and old dead religions and how they all worked.

Thanks Will for updating the pack and getting the missing style pieces out so people can play it. I did think the styles were included with SLX but I didn't check first.

I've been busy with a new grandkid (I'm a grandpa now), and helping another kid move out. Once things settle down some I'm sure I'll be on here alot more again.

I like it a lot. I would have used yellow and red in place of grey and green... but I like the look.

Good job!

It's cool to see people still kicking this ancient compilation pack around.
