All the objects now disappear in Clear Physics mode, while in previous versions only the no-effect objects, backgrounds and moving backgrounds disappear.

In the updated nx_sketches.dat, the Fencer sketch is not set to Sketch, but is instead a No Effect object. As such, the sketch ends up displaying when you play the level.

Now that we are able to use Fencers in our levels, the nx_sketches.dat will need to be updated to include Fencer sketches.

If you add NeoLemmix sketches to a level in the editor, they end up displaying when you play the level. In previous versions, the sketches were always invisible when you played the level. I'm not sure if this should be intended or not.

Since levels can now be adjusted to less than 360x120 pixels, it can now potentially be harder to tell where the side of the level is deadly, especially if the small level does not have any walls and there is no background in the level.

I suggest that indicators of deadly sides be included in Clear Physics mode, which will also help players have a better idea of how small the level is. Attached is a picture below to see what the indicators can look like (though there can be better suggestions than this); this level's size is 150x160 pixels.

If a level has a skill that is set to infinity, and you assign that infinite skill to a lemming, the infinite loop symbol will turn into the number "99" and count down every time that skill is used.

Assign a lemming a blocker. Then give the blocker any permanent skills. Afterwards, hold Alt and hover it over the blocker with permanent skills. It will still say "BLOCKER 1" on the bottom-left, and will not display what permanent skills the blocker has.

For example, if you assign a blocker a climber and swimmer, then hold Alt while hovering your cursor over the blocker, it will not display "CS--- 1", on the bottom-left but will only display "BLOCKER 1".

This issue does not occur on any walking lemming.

Even if the Lemming Count Blink is enabled, and when playing a level and you end up having less than enough lemmings for the save requirement, the number does not blink. The same issue occurs with Timer Blink; the timer does not blink upon having 30 seconds left.

In any zombie level, whenever I open up a level and the lemmings start exiting the hatch, I get this error (displayed in the picture below). Afterwards, the player crashes, and even if I click "OK", the error refuses to go.

I have no idea how exactly to reproduce this behavior, but sometimes when I hold down to look for a terrain/object in their respective menus, I get some really nasty errors and the editor crashes:

Can't create compatible DC.
Can't allocate the DIB handle.
Canvas does not allow drawing.

The third one is the worst of all as a lot of the dialog boxes of this error pop up. I've attached pictures of all three errors.

Closed / Custom floater/glider mask graphical glitches [BUG] [PLAYER]

Not sure if I'm the only one getting this, but I've noticed this while using custom floaters/gliders in my levels (the ones that change color to the same as the graphic set's minimap/bridges).

It seems that whenever the lemming uses a glider/floater, the image gets messed up as the lemming floats/glides down. Had to also play some Lemmings Plus levels to confirm if my levels are not the only ones getting this issue. Attached are images of the floater/glider being glitched up (both circled in red).

Welcome to Lemmingbytes!

Lemmingbytes is a NeoLemmix pack of 128 levels. It will focus heavily on the new NeoLemmix features such as skills and objects. This pack is mainly aimed at those who are veterans of the traditional gameplay, but are looking for a pack where they want to familiarize themselves with the NeoLemmix features. I am trying to make this pack of a fair difficulty curve - not overly easy with trivial solutions, but not overly-hard either (except for the last rank).

It is highly recommended that you play the NeoLemmix Tutorial Pack before attempting these levels.

Installation instructions:
1. Download the current NeoLemmix player.
2. Download the game in the link at the top of this topic, and put it in the same folder as the NeoLemmix folder.
3. Enjoy!

The levels start out easy. Expect many X-of-everything levels with multiple solutions. The first nine levels will use the classic skills for veteran players to re-familiarize themselves with them. Level 10 onwards uses the NeoLemmix skills in combination with the classic skills (though you may encounter the occasional level with only classic skills).

The levels start getting slightly trickier now. There are still X-of-everything levels, but expect more obstacles and some planning. You will also encounter small puzzles and tutorials for tricks.

Your skillset becomes slightly more restricted in this rank. Even though you may encounter levels with plentiful skillsets, you may still need to do a lot of planning. Things start picking up in the later part of this rank.

The difficulty now starts amping up, and the levels now ask you to start thinking outside the box.

This rank will completely put you to the test. Levels become larger and the skillset becomes more and more restrictive. Even though you may encounter a level with a plentiful skillset, the difficulty comes more from finding the right path instead of execution. Good luck.

Closed / Preplaced Blockers causes Access violation [MAJOR BUG] [PLAYER]

Any level that has pre-placed blockers immediately triggers the Access Violation error when starting the level.

The other two, both of which are compatible with V10.010.010, are a pack of Rejected LemmingBytes levels and a pack of other random levels.

This rank contains levels using gimmicks that were not used in the Lemmings Plus series. The last two levels are rejected levels from this pack.

Bash of Glory - a level using the Hardworkers and Steel Invert Gimmicks

Named after "X-Men" due to the levels not being "normal" due to having gimmicks, this was meant to be a pack full of gimmicks, but was ultimately canceled with the removal of gimmicks in updates of NeoLemmix after v1.43n.

LemmingBytes - 92 103 levels

Backroute Valley - formerly titled The Good Lemming, this level was overly backrouted and fixing the backroutes was a major hassle.

103 rejected levels from LemmingBytes, due to being uninteresting, builder-heavy, backroute-heavy, and just not fun. Some of these are also repeats of LemmingBytes leels.

Colonial Collaboration - a collaboration level by the colony consisting of Wafflem, BulletRide, möbius and Dullstar.

Other levels that are not part of big packs. These levels are divided into five ranks:
Wafflem - random levels that I made that were either part of my old NeoCustLemmix packs or just made for fun.
Arty - non-collab levels that I've sent to him for streaming. Levels 3 and 4 have not been played yet by him.
Blender - levels using mixed tilesets
Colony - group collab levels
Remix - modifications of the Official Lemmings Levels

WARNING: Blender 3 has an Access Violation error if you use the Cheat Hotkey while playing Blender 2, or press right at the Blender 2 preview screen. If you choose it from the Level Select menu screen, or press left at the Blender 1 level preview screen, it loads perfectly fine.

NOTE: I did not test all these levels, and make no guarantees that all of them are solvable.

Feel free to play these levels and do whatever you want with them (press F4 at the main menu to extract them from the NXP). My only two requests are that:
1. If you want to add more to my levels, you have to credit me.
2. You don't make videos of them (unless I give permission).

Rotate any object. Then copy the object. Afterwards, paste the copied object into another part of the level. The object appears without the rotation flag; i.e., the object appears in an unrotated state.

The same issue happens when you cut and paste a rotated object.
