Some of the skills from Lemmings 2: The Tribes are usually deemed redundant by the NeoLemmix community. The Stomper, for example, is just a Digger with a different animation; the Scooper is a Miner with a slightly steeper angle, and so on.

Meanwhile, NeoLemmix has skills that cover design space that The Tribes did not address. The Fencer and Laserer in NeoLemmix, for example, are much more useful due to their steeper diagonal angle. The Laser Blaster in The Tribes is really only good for blasting the crowd out from below at the end; and the L2 Fencer moves up at such a low inclination that it's much closer to the Basher than the inverted Miner it is in NeoLemmix.

That's not even speaking of skills like the Cloner, Stoner / Freezer, and even the Disarmer, which don't have any approximation in Lemmings 2: The Tribes.
My packs so far:
Lemmings World Tour (New & Old Formats), 320 levels
Lemmings Open Air, 120 levels
Lemmings Hall of Fame, 120 levels, inspired by Lemmings 2: The Tribes

Paralems (Old Formats), my very first pack, 150 levels
Pit Lems (Old Formats), my second pack, 100 levels
Lemmicks, a pack for (very old) NeoLemmix 1.43 full of gimmicks, 170 levels

NeoLemmix isn't getting any more skills. Namida has decided to stop further development of the original NL engine, and while WillLem is still developing NL Community Edition, it has to remain physics-compatible with original NL.

You might be interested in looking into SuperLemmix instead; it's a fork of NeoLemmix that already has more features, including the Grenader (not quite a Bazooker, but it is a throwable explosive) and L2's Ballooner. Also, it's still in active development, and as far as I know, is still open to the possibility of more skills being added in the future.

However, please don't get your hopes up for any NeoLemmix or SuperLemmix-like engine that includes all the L2 skills. Coding all 50 skills would be a huge amount of work for very little benefit; the community widely agrees that L2 went overboard and there is simply no need for that many skills.

Pourer skills would probably require new extra physics, much like the Jumper took long to implement because of tumbler physics.

SuperLemmix has the Grenader instead of the Bazooker. It was originally introduced briefly in NeoLemmix proper as a test skill, and then it was ultimately decided not to add it to the stable release of NeoLemmix. As of right now, I still have a commemoration line for that era under my profile picture. ;)
