I have been having this odd issue where the music playing in packs with no music specified, it defaults to 3 tracks in the God Save the Queen music folder for some reason.

I recorded 2 episodes of NL30 earlier today and both packs were playing the same 3 tracks on a loop.

Silken helped me with this on Discord a bit and identified the tracks as
GSTQ1_Rule_Britannia.mp3, GSTQ2_Vera_Lynn.mp3 and GSTQ3_Andy_Williams.mp3

Things I have tried to fix this

- Deleted the mentioned music tracks above - result: no music plays at all
- Reinstalled the NL CE 1.1 RC - result: no change
- inserted a music.nxmi file which is in the /data folder into the required level pack folder - result: the music files in that file play, which is what should happen.

I did upload a video of the 3 music tracks playing on Fiat Lems which I used as a test candidate for this issue. Silken said that he was getting the orig rotation on those levels and as my video demonstrates, it plays the 3 GSTQ tracks mentioned above.

I'm also curious if anyone else is having this issue. I don't think this will be limited to just myself having this issue. Obviously it depends on whether you have WillLem's God Save The Queen pack downloaded or not most likely.

I've posted in the GSTQ topic, but in case anyone stumbles on this topic years later and needs reassurance that the problem was solved: the culprit is the GSTQ pack download zip, which had its NXMI files directly inside the "levels" folder instead of inside the pack's subfolder.

WillLem

The folder structure for the GSTQ .zip needed significantly re-arranging as it contained 2 "levels.nxmi" files (one for the pack itself and one for the actual levels), and all the custom .pngs were also placed in the "levels" folder rather than the pack's subfolder.

This has now been fixed in the GSTQ topic, so the easiest way to fix the issue is to download the .zip and re-install it, then delete anything in the "levels" folder that shouldn't be there (.nxmi files and custom .pngs)

Or, follow these steps:

1) First, go to the "God Save The Queen" folder containing the levels and levels.nxmi. Make a new folder called "God Save The Queen within this folder and then move the levels and levels.nxmi into that folder.

2) Head back up to the "levels" directory and move music.nxmi, info.nxmi, levels.nxmi, postview.nxmi and title.nxmi into the original "God Save The Queen" folder.

3) Move all custom .png files into the original "God Save The Queen" folder, except "rank_graphic.png" which should be moved into "God Save The Queen\God Save The Queen\" (the new folder from step 1).

That should do it. Many apologies for the inconvenience, but tbh I blame the somewhat convoluted nature of the NeoLemmix directory structure, even though I do understand why it is the way it is, it's still problematic now and again.

Thanks for sorting it out, I should point out that this also affects NeoLemmix and not just the community edition.
