I will be away at my hometown over the next few days during easter.  :)

I'm gonna be frank, I hate the my interest and inspiration in Lemmings has been at an all time low. I've haven't touched NeoLemmix in weeks, I haven't made a concept for any project since I made one part of a level idea. And my mind has been very empty in terms of level design ideas.

I've been prioritizing videos as of late simply because I've lost my motivation to make levels simply because I lost my flame after once having it. My Burnout project fizzled out rather quickly. And Millas and QSML has been at a stand still because of it. I've had such a bad month and April hasn't been going better. I'm not in the head space to create and I just feel like I just only merely exist, nothing more or less. I just want finish something that should've been finished years ago and now im back to were I was back in 2023. A lot of an existing projects, with no ideas, motivation or steam to keep it going.

I'm sorry for dragging my feet but if I was Sisyphus in this situation, the bolder would've crushed me at this rate.

I will be away on a little holiday until Sunday.

If in case im inactive outside of discord by the end of the month, lets just say, im moving into a house my parents own this time. A Larger place with more rooms and the like. It's gonna be a busy time as im looking to wrap up production on my 20th LP and get things ready by then, 2021 is truly gonna be behind me now.

I'm off for a two-week-holiday with my wife and my children at Lake Balaton in Hungary. Will be back on June, 28th.

I am in the new place now, but im unsure how I want to approach getting back into lemmings projects. I've had an exhaustive June all things considered

I will be at my hometown for my birthday until tuesday, so I probably won't be on during that time.  :)

All rightie, so this is an experiment of mine that I've been meaning to do for a really long time now but still haven't done so yet. This comes about from how this topic started in the first place and hence I was inspired to give it a try as a self-improvement thing. Basically, I'm very well aware how I've been checking the Forums way too often every day in the last 9 years or so and hence I really need to change my ways here.

So, I'm going to challenge myself here: Starting at midnight on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (9 hours from now for me) and for the next several days thereafter, I'm not going to check either the Forums or the Discord, whether on my laptop or on my phone.. I'm pretty much trying to put myself in the shoes of Clam Spammer and some of the other members who posted in the earliest pages of this thread, when they took their so-called "vacation" from Lemmings, to see how it feels. Don't worry though, I won't be gone too long, and it has nothing to do with what anyone has done that I felt the need to distance myself from this community ;)

I will post again minutes before my hiatus starts, but yea, I just wanted to announce this experiment of mine that I want to try ;)

Congrats and good luck on your forum hiatus kaywhyn. This is not an easy thing to do when you're very used to visit here often, but you can do it.

Visiting the forum is not the biggest issue I encounter. To me it is rather playing the game up to very late at night.
So I set up a little program on my machine which kills every lemmings related applications at 1 a.m. It kind of works, and I do no longer count the number of times where I was so close to solve a level only to have NL get killed in my face  :forehead: Time for bed ! I'll solve the level tomorrow...

Save One level pack : do you have what it takes to save one Lemming ?
16 levels of medium-hard difficulty.
