I FINALLY managed to obtain the SMS version musics from somewhere - in their original format(.vgz). Yay for me. Just thought I'd share this pointless info. I can't remember the site, but if anyone wants me, contact me on MSN as teh_snep@hotmail.com, or on Yahoo or AOL as Steaver370.

Also. My comments about these musics. They are just AWESOME. Three of the four musics unique to SMS version are also very good. If you didn't already know - the order is different to PC version:

Sega: CanCanP, Lemmin1P, Tim3P, Lemmin2P, Tim8P, Tim3P, Tim5P, DoggieP, Tim6P, Lemmin3P, Tim7P, Tim9P, Sega1P, Sega2P, Sega3P, MountaiP, Sega4P (TenLemsP, Tim1P, Tim4P and ForestP are not in the SMS version)

I must say the best improvement between a PC version track and the SMS version is Tim9P, with Tim6P coming in as a close second.

Has anyone else noticed how musics 2, 4, 5 and 6 all sound quite "similar", while 3 only sounds slightly like the others? And the first music is completely unique(and awesome, in my opinion) from the rest?

Okay. This works like 5 word story and 3 word story, except that each post is one word more than the one before it.

So, I start with one word. The next person does two words. Then three. Then four. And so on. Of course, we don't want it to get too long. So, once it gets up to 7, the next post is one word again, instead of 8.

So its: One word, two words, three words, four words, five words, six words, seven words, one word, and so on.

I've made a list of all the levels with backroutes in Lemmings 3D, if anyone wants to do it for the other games, please do!

The backroute in "Spaghetti Junction" is pretty well known, the one in "Family Tree" is kinda obvious, and the one in "Dot to Dot" is easy to find if you know it exists(but you don't know where it is), but apart from that, the other 7 took a while for me to find. I still haven't found the intended solutions to Chocolate Drop, Death Slide, Five Towers, Jelly Belly Islands or Final Maze, but I have found the intended solutions to the others.

An interesting point, is that until I checked a walkthrough to get the names of the levels, I never even realised that the solution I had always used for "Five Towers" was a backroute!

Hehe, I made a ringtone of the Generic.sty music. I recorded it as a WAV and posted it on Lemming Crazy, if anyone is interested. http://lemcrazy370.tripod.com/

I downloaded Lemmings on this computer, and made a quite interesting level. Here are some of the interesting things about it:

The number of lemmings. If there was even one lemming fewer, the level would be impossible.

The placement of two of the miners. Two miners are placed about five pixels apart, yet have totally different purposes.

Pixel precision blocker. This hasn't been done before, as far as I know.

Have a look at it. It's on Lemming Crazy. The name is "Warped Out".

The contest is... make a level that somehow involves the Oblivion trick. It could be the standard one(as in Oblivion, Temple Of Oblivion and Dungeon Of Oblivion), or slightly varied(such as Castle Of Oblivion, where the basher comes from the left, or Tetra Oblivion, which I won't say how it is done because the level is too new). You can involve whatever else you like, but here are some rules:

You cannot break any limits. This means no 20 minute time limits or 200 bashers or whatever. You may only use the styles that are available on Lemmings Plus. You may not copy/paste from MS-Paint.

I would reccomend using the Brick style, but it is NOT a rule, just a reccomendation - you may use any style you wish. The only other style that Oblivion really works well in would be Fire, although a slight varation works extremely well in Crystal(Blue).

Here's a big tip: Always write one, even if you don't plan to release it. I'm lucky that I did for Ultimate Challenge 6, as I completely forgot how to pass Oblivion 4, and tried everything but couldn't remember... I didn't check the walkthrough yet, but fortunately I have it in case I can't remember.

Next, expect Fewer Destructive Items - this includes Bombers, Bashers, Miners and Diggers. I only have found one solution so far. However, so far it looks as if this Fewer Destructive Items Challenge is FAR harder than the Fewer Builders Challenge. It took me about twenty attempts to successfully execute the one I've found, and that's only counting attempts at the SUCCESSFUL solution.

You can now download, as a pack, all the levels that are suitable for Fewer Builders Challenge, with the minimal builders. If I remember correctly(and I probably don't), there are 17 levels. Download it at Lemming Crazy. Good luck, a lot of the levels(especially the last few) are extremely hard - definately worthy of being in Ultimate Challenge 6 or higher... except they're not in any Ultimate Challenge(although two levels were taken from Ultimate Challenge), they're in Fewer Builders Challenge.

Note that three of these cannot be done with the original levels from the packs. These are:

Unpossible! - The original level does not have enough climbers for this solution to be executed.
Complications: Extreme - Some terrain was moved over by four pixels. Without this move, the level is impossible.
Tetra Oblivion - The original level is lacking many of the needed skills for this solution to be executed.

Here's the challenge. Find Lemmings Plus (and Lemmings Plus 2) solutions for levels, using as few builders as possible.

So far, the only one I've found worth mentioning, is a save 34 of 60 solution to "The Long Road To Lemming High", using only a single builder!

Another question - has anyone played it WITHOUT USING THE SPHERE GRID? (I have, I've beaten Y...l...a but not the next boss after her, and I've beaten Geosgaeno)

CANCANp - Heh, it's the Can Can
TENLEMSp - A baby song. Ten green bottles, or whatever.
MOUNTAIp - Another baby song. She'll be coming round the mountain.
TIMxp - Most seem to be classic musics or something. Well, some of them anyway.
DOGGYp - (Not in windows) Yet another baby song. We all know this one.
