;) It's me again! So, I have been listening to other music from other Lemmings ports (such as Lemmings and Oh no! More Lemmings for Windows 95 and PlayStation (which the .mids from the game are ripped and converted to .ogg using Windows soundfont, and PlayStation CD-ROM ripped using a digital .cue ripper or physical disc drive and physical CD-ROM to rip from CDBurnerXP)), the CD-ROM of Lemmings for IBM PC (the soundtrack is similar to the Windows 95 and PlayStation versions, and also CD-i and 3DO versions of Lemmings, but the 3DO version has music errors in it), deliberately poor music from Nintendo Game Boy Color "Lemmings & OH NO! MORE LEMMINGS" (also known in Japan titled as "Lemmings VS." which is made in Japan months before Psygnosis was merged to Sony Computer Entertainment), the 8-bit music from Atari Lynx Lemmings (including the Menace soundtrack, which is exclusive to the credits of this version, but excluded when ripped), the FM music from NEC PC-9800 and Sharp X68000 versions of Lemmings (some soundtracks have faster tempo), the TurboGrafx-16 CD-ROM² version of Lemmings (which is similar to the soundtrack of Sega Genesis Lemmings), the rare soundtrack from SAM Coupé Lemmings & Oh No! More Lemmings (for example, an 8-bit remix of "Smile if You Love Lemmings"), the Amstrad CPC version of Lemmings (the soundtracks Menace and Shadow of the Beast II were composed to this version, but excluded when ripped), the Nintendo Entertainment System and Nintendo Game Boy version of Lemmings, the Atari ST port of Lemmings (the game's soundtrack resembles General Instrument AY-3-8910's square wave similarity to Texas Instruments SN76489 music and its choppy static percussion), and the Tandy 1000 port of Lemmings (IBM PC music conversion to chiptune music). In the future, I may rework the Lemmings .mids to be used in NeoLemmix. It may take a long time to rip these soundtracks to be placed in NeoLemmix.  :)  I'm running out of text, but also see the Oh No! More Lemmings other port music. See you later!

:D I'm back again! So, I have gained information when I played Tandy 1000 Oh-no! More Lemmings game and they're composed into different music notes and to 8-bit, and also noticed the soundtrack "Wacky" have off-track notes when replayed after the soundtrack is done. There are few ports, such as the Atari ST port of Oh-no! More Lemmings (which is converted from Texas Instruments SN76489 music to General Instrument AY-3-8910 music, and the soundtrack "Wacky" also has off-track note problems), the Macintosh II version of Oh-no! More Lemmings (soundtrack converted from IBM PC version to Macintosh II, so they sound similar), and the Acorn Archimedes version of Oh-no! More Lemmings (which has more than 26 soundtracks than any version of Lemmings). One day, if I'm an level creator expert, then I'm going to make a Homestar Runner level pack and Homestar Runner style. See you later again...  :smug:

I have also forgot the link to the article that has rips of CD-ROM Lemmings.  :( I can retrieve it back in the future.  ;)

After my therapy session, I found out that I have Lemmings for Windows 95 files so I can convert them to .ogg using the default Windows composeface.

Oh! I remember where I downloaded Lemmings for Windows 95! It's in the Lemmings archive site!

Only the original Amiga/DOS tunes will be bundled with NeoLemmix / NeoLemmix CE. I'd be happy to include better versions of those tunes (i.e. "better" in terms of audio quality and/or file size), but any other music will always be an optional extra.

For that reason, I've moved this topic to the NeoLemmix Main board (from Bugs & Suggestions). The OP is welcome to upload the listed files for anyone to use in NeoLemmix / NeoLemmix CE, but they will not be bundled along with the program itself. Again, this goes for all music files other than the original Amiga/DOS tunes; the simple reason being that music files tend to bloat the size of the download.

EDIT: The second post is merged from another similar topic.
