Who is "Mr. Wilson"?

Does anyone know who Flopsy is referring to when he says, "Simon sounds like Mr. Wilson," if not "Mr. Wilson" from the TV show "Home Improvement"?

I asked loads and loads of time in Lix, but hardly any one answered me, so maybe I'll get answers on a forum which is in written style over spoken style.

People ignore eachother on the internet all the time, Ive come to terms with this is just how it is. Dont ask me why but i do as well now, as i get ignored, Ill do the same.

Anuways, as I said before, Home Improvement is the only Mr. Wilson I know of. *shrug*

There is also the Mr. Wilson in Dennis the Menace, brilliantly portrayed by Walter Matthau in the 1993 movie.
