Not High-DPI aware

Have to override high DPI scaling behaviour performed by application in order for game to render at monitor's native resolution.
I have 125% set for windows scaling and use a 1440p monitor.

Fixed in commit 7c8042c; the fix will be included in 0.0.24.0.
