[BUG] [RC] [EDITOR] Skills are reset to zero again.

But the bug happened to me again in RC3.
I attached the problematic level.
The level gives you 10 of every original 8 skills when you play it.
But if you open the level with Editor 1.38, all the skills are reset to zero.
