Lix Main / replaying in Lix
« on: January 29, 2012, 09:59:00 PM »
I didn't find anything in the readme's or anything on the website & it doesn't sound like anybody else has had this problem. Most of the replays I downloaded here don't work. Some of the replays that came with it don't either. Either  some kind of 'missing file' or incompatible message (its just a red line over the file) comes up. But the file is clearly there and looks fine to me. or the game  crashes when i press "play". Does it matter what folder there in? can anyone help?

EDIT:I didn't see somebody did answer my question to this (at least) partly in another topic.

EDIT: never mind, fixed it. sorry for wasting your time  :(

Non-Lemmings Gaming / Marble Drop
« on: January 12, 2012, 11:47:09 PM »
anybody here ever play or here of this game? some great puzzles and really tough too. this is another game would be cool to have an editor for. I'm not sure if its compatible on new computers, I have to check.

I read somewhere that the idea behind this game actually came from drawings by Leonardo DaVinci! that really boggles my mind.

Help & Guides / Lemmix Questions
« on: December 30, 2011, 09:32:59 PM »
Ive recently downloaded Lemmix but Im having trouble using it (the editor I mean. The game part works great thanx to those people that made it btw, I've been wanting to play the original like that for a long time)

I'm new to all this so is there a topic here or somewhere else with instructions in detail? What do I need to make my own levels? The only actual games I have are The windows version of the original lemmings (that comes with Lemmings paintball) and Lemmix.
When I try to open levels or create new ones it keeps saying I'm missing Dat files of various kinds. with WinLemming though, it says I'm missing graphic files.
the readme that came with it wasn't very detailed. I also tried compiling graphics and the a similar message came up.
