Unique levels for Lemmings 2 in Acorn Archimedes?

Look at the lateral box cover art of Lemmings 2 in Acorn Archimedes. It seems they are unique levels, or at least, I have never seen them before.

Those screenshots are from the Lemmings 2 demo, specifically the PC version of that demo. It features a few levels that aren't found in any final version of the game. The Amiga version of the demo swaps out the Medieval levels for a Polar one, which also doesn't appear in any final version.
