What are your favorite levels and least favorites for the Lemmings games? Mine are:

Mine are:

Lemmings

Fun

Favorites:
Keep Your Hair on Mr. Lemming - many solutions, fun wall to bash through!
Origins and Lemmings - another many solution level
We are now at LEMCON ONE - nice level design, cool poles to bash through
You Live and Lem - seems like an adventure!
I've lost that lemming feeling - also seems adventurous, and very fun
Let's be careful out there - very fun

Least Favorites:
We all fall down
Easy if you know how - probably the hardest Fun level

Tricky

Favorites:
Careless clicking costs lives
Been there, seen it, done it - I love ascending pilllar levels!
They just keep on coming
Bitter Lemming
Rainbow Island

Least Favorites:
We all fall down
Lemming Drops - this one's complicated, and it could've been taxing; it's even harder than Rendzevous at the Mountain!
Postcard from Lemmingland - this one should've been taxing also! Man, what the heck were they thinking?
From the Boundary Line - Ugh. This level is way too hard. Should've been Mayhem 20 or something.
I have a cunning plan - what a very evil level!

Taxing

Favorites:
The ascending pillar scenario
Upsidedown World
Hunt the Nessy... - it looks cute and pretty!
What an AWESOME level - Definitely one of my most favorite levels; very original, and no terrain on the bottom! Well, if you don't count part of the worms touching the bottom. Also you use more of the non-builder skills, which makes this one very unique indeed!
Tribute to M.C. Escher
Walk the web rope

Least Favorites:
If at first you don't succeed...
Every lemming for himself!!! - that level should not have existed.
King of the castle - so should this one.
Triple Trouble - should've been Mayhem 28 or 30 or something

Mayhem

Favorites:
Pea Soup
The Fast Food Kitchen
And then there were four...
No added colours or lemmings
With a twist of lemming please

Least Favorites:
Down, along, up. In that order - way too hard, very annoying, and should not have been a level.
The Steel Mines of Kessel

And that's all so far. As with other list topics I may add more.

Here are mine:

Fun

Favourites:
Keep your hair on, Mr Lemming -- I like digging away the entire wall
Konbanwa lemming san -- it's different and doesn't involve lots of building

Least favourites:
Take good care of my lemmings -- SO DULL!
Nightmare on Lem Street -- so pointless

Tricky

Favourites:
Bitter Lemming -- a fun one to play around on
Postcard from Lemmingland -- a gorgeous little puzzle
Going Their Separate Ways -- multitasking rocks

Least favourites:
Luvly Jubly -- I can time bombers. I just proved it. Do we need THREE bomber timing levels in a row?

Taxing

Favourites:
Watch out, there's traps out -- this level appears in my in-progress novel The Adventures of Ahribar
Compression Method 1 -- I'll never forget how excited I was when I solved this one!
Come on over to my place -- outrageous backroutes totally rock

Least favourites:
Hunt the Nessy -- most BORING level on the game

Mayhem

Favourites:
It's hero time -- a charming puzzle
And then there were four -- more hair-wasting multitasking
No added colours or lemmings -- pure genius
The Steel Mines of Kessel (Mac version) -- how could I not love the level that had me baffled for eight years?
Rendezvous at the Mountain -- OK level, hauntingly beautiful title

Least favourites:
The Crossroads -- just luck and frustration
Pillars of Hercules -- not a nice level

Most levels fall under the "ok" range for me.  If I were to pick some goods and bads, I guess something like this:

Fun

thumbs up

Patience
A Beast of a Level
worra lorra lemmings

I dunno, mostly for their visual design and ok gameplay

thumbs down

I've lost that Lemming feeling -- a bit monotonous both visually and in terms of gameplay (takes rather long to bash through)
Take good care of my Lemmings -- it's mostly walking......

Tricky

thumbs up

Postcard from Lemmingland -- similar to why I like "It's hero time!"
From the Boundary Line -- but only after I discovered the class of solutions that let you save a lot more than required
Cascade -- mainly the 100% aspect

thumbs down

Luvbly Jubly -- definitely don't like timing the bombers on this one

Taxing

thumbs up

Heaven can wait (we hope!!!!)
Compression Method 1 -- interesting solution concept
Every Lemming for himself!!! -- interesting visual
Upsidedown World -- interesting visual, also interesting to save 100%
Feel the heat! -- interesting design concept
Triple Trouble

thumbs down

X marks the spot -- still takes time to bash through
We all fall down -- ok, this is getting tiring......

Mayhem

thumbs up

It's hero time! -- elegant 1-of-everything concept and short
The Fast Food Kitchen...
Just a Minute...
Just a Minute (Part Two)
Save Me

(mainly for gameplay or solution concept)

thumbs down

We all fall down -- ok now you're just being annoying
Time to get up! -- don't care much for timing the bombers
With a twist of lemmings please -- don't care for having to click at least 50 times, either slowly or risking a mistake that would force a redo

Original Lemmings:
Tricky 19: Postcard from lemmingland

ONML:
Havoc 4: The race against cliches

Both have clean solutions that attract me in some way.
