bug/sug. cursor size on zoom

The cursor gets really big when you zoom in and really small when you zoom out. This should not be; it should remain the same size at all times; just as the skill bar remains the same size. It looks really weird and feels awkward.

Lix issue #75: Cursor too small:

I believe that zoom should have no effect on the cursor, but maybe window resolution should have? But still shouldn't scale screen 1:1 cursor, because 1:1 would get a massive cursor in fullscreen. I'm unsure.
