LVL Files on the NeoLemmix Website?

Question for the Level Packs page:

Should there also be a separate section for individual LVL files? This could be useful for, say, if a person has created a good level but does not have the time to make a full pack with that level, but still wants other people to play that level. It could also work for the contest levels.

So far, no one's tried to submit such. If anyone ever does, I'll decide how to organize it when that happens; it would probably be a seperate list on the same page (just like is currently the case for small NeoCustLemmix packs vs large Flexi / source-built packs).

I really need to make some kind of automated submission page anyway. It's been on my todo list for a long time, but I've been extremely slack about actually doing it.
