Britain's new Prime Minister
« on: July 24, 2007, 05:28:04 AM »
Since everyone was in an uproar when the cameras went up, "1984 in the making?" I thought someone might find it interesting that Gordon Brown is now the British prime minister. In an article about the recent flooding on the Thames, I saw a mention "Britain's new prime minister, Brown..." andI wondered if it was the same 'Brown.' So I came here and checked the topic. It was the same person :o, so I decided to check what everyone here thought about that.

I thought he was losing votes?! :scared:

He wasn't voted in. Blair ditched and Brown was second in command, so he's taken over.

I doubt anyone'll care until he makes all the men wear kilts.

Hmm... Interesting. So you stop reading the news and staying caught up on stuff in general for ONE month and Britain gets a new Prime Minister...!?
