Hi Rubix,
we have covered 155 of your 157 singleplayer levels with proof replays. Now we need you for the final touch. :-)
What we didWe've removed "The More You Know" because that was a nuke level. D Lix closes the exits during the nuke, treating the nuke as pure decoration, not a level-solving tool. Feel free to redesign the level or leave it out. (If you don't have the level, it's in the Lix 0.6 stable download.)
I've adapted some levels slightly when they became unsovable due to physics changes. I've kept the looks as much as possible.
I've lowered initial lix on several levels, keeping equal the number of lix allowed to be lost. Without variable spawn interval, it's good style to stop spawning lixes when the route is complete.
We've put our proof replays in the
replay collection on github. On that site, you can download the entire archive as a zip. You don't have to look through them, but maybe you'll be interested someday in our solutions.
What you can do- Download 0.7.x Lix. Extract all of it because it has new tiles, different levels, etc. (To keep your user options, copy your old data/user and data/config.txt into the 0.7 tree.)
- Renovate "The Clairvoyant". The level broke due to the Oriental tileset: All pieces in the Oriental set are new, many have different sizes. PM/post the fixed level and a solving replay.
- Renovate "Flatlined" for the same reason, the Oriental set. PM/post the fixed level and a solving replay.
- Rename "Just A Minute (Part Three)", because Lix doesn't have time limits anymore, and Genesis Lemmings already had a level with this name.
BTWI've really enjoyed the Perplexing rank, my favorite has been "Quote: That's A Nasty Level". It looks sheer impossible until one breaks one's habits and rearranges the route. I haven't looked at Nightmare, Nepster did most of that work.
