There's no program for extracting the graphics that I know of, but you could use LemEdit to make a level with one of every piece of a graphics set placed side-by-side, save it as an individual level file with a filename used in WinLemm, open it in WinLemm at high-resolution and take a screenshot.
As for the animated objects, I don't know.
