Ludum Dare 28: Toy Soldiers
« on: December 16, 2013, 04:27:48 AM »
I just completed my first Ludum Dare challenge (make a game in 48 Hours, by yourself). My game is a Lemmings-like and believe me the AI on the marchers was more than 12 hours of the work. Thought I'd post it here for feedback from this community as well. Commands in the game are largely based on my favorites from Tribes. It's not the nicest, but I made it in 48 hours so sue me. LMK if you'd like a larger version of the game to be made.

The controls seem quite clunky and the gameplay a tad jittery, but considering it was created from scratch in 48 hours, it's still pretty impressive.
My Lemmings projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
