No, I don't believe it is.  Obviously the permissions were $%&#ed up for the Global Mod setting as well.  I'll go fix it.

I should have made this post much earlier, but better late than never.

I feel it's only honest of me to offer to resign my position as moderator, as I no longer read this board often enough to justify it. I still drop in from time to time to see how things are going, but I simply don't have time for Lemmings at the moment, and I don't see that changing any time soon. My good wishes to everyone here, though; I've had some great times with you all
