I'd think we should be able to find the video file somewhere on archive.org, but I haven't been able to.
Also, would you want the intro in the video too? I don't think it's necessary, as it's just the Lemmings intro, and that's probably on YouTube elsewhere.

I don't see why not. It starts out as the Lemmings intro, but ends with the words "real life" stamped on the top.
