Phart is a pixel art tool I've written for myself, primarily for use on my pen-input tablet. But - I figured, why not release it publicly too.
A help window will pop up the first time you run it; you can bring this up again by clicking the ? icon in the bottom-right. Anything you can't figure out from that or with a bit of trial-and-error, ask away.
