I got inspired by the Fun Fair level in L3D and I wanted to do something similar.
There are probably few different solutions.

Unfortunately there is a very bad backroute. I was able to get 100/100 at first try with mining under the wheel and bashing across.
upward dig and finish.

The map looks nicely made.Oh boy. I tried to prevent that by adding steel underground, but probably that wasn't enough. I'm still glad that you liked the appearance of the level.
