And also they sometimes teach about Martin Luther, who I personally think is either evil or insane.

Now you're coming across to me as a right-wing Nazi. That's not a good thing. Put it this way, any Nazi that tangles with me will be in sorry state afterwards.

Are you talking about the Martin Luther who translated the bible to german or the Martin Luther King who wanted to unite the blacks und the whites?

The German. Not Martin Luther King Jr. I just happen to be a Roman Catholic (the type that goes to the Latin Mass) and Martin Luther started Lutherinism, yet he was a Catholic priest! And the translations of the Bible aren't always accurate and could contain wrong teachings (for instance"peace on earth and goodwill towards men" instead of "peace on earth towards men of goodwill.")

G3K though youi mean Martin Luther King. :D

Anyway, ML translated it because most the farmers in germany where not able to read latin. He wanted to make the bible readable for them, too. And I don't think he's evil or so. And if it's accurate or not; I don't read it. So I don't care. ;)

How funny, I'm just about to do exactly the same thing.

<rant>

Religion is obsolete in the modern world. Nowadays it is a meaningless relic from days bygone when people didn't have means to explain why things fell to the ground when dropped or why the sun rose and set every day. Now we know why these and many other things occur, and now all religion serves as is a tool for humanity to further segregate itself with "OUR GOD IS BETTER THAN YOUR GOD" nonsense.

Since when did religion try to explain the workings of gravity?

Whatever, but you get my point; all it was there for was to explain naturally-occuring phenomena and all that kind of stuff. Plus they threw in some ridiculous stories about seas being miraculously parted and a couple of bits of bread and a few fish being able to feed a couple of thousand people.

Say God doesn't exist. Where did everything come from? Primoridial Soup? Then where did the Primordial Soup come from?  :???: Where did man come from? If man evolved from monkeys, why are monkeys so much stupider than man? Why are there still monkeys? :???: If there was an evolution with middle stages, why aren't any of those around? And why has evolving stopped all of a sudden?
