problem converting nxp

mobius:
when I'm trying to convert my old Mobilems II nxp; it fails;
The program says everything worked correctly; folders get made with the rank signs and names correct but no level files are created.

I attached the file I'm trying to convert.

Nepster:
The problem is that this pack is still for V1.43 which is too old for the level converter. I managed to extract the levels, cf. attachment.
