This looks shady. So many simple designs offered to the whole internet, not just to who submitted a design? If it's all fan-art that the creators uploaded themselves, fine, but there are a ton of designs that merely have very simple sprites taken directly from L1.

search://redbubble violates copyright/, form your own opinion of their practices.

In an ideal world without copyright, of course this would be perfect, it keeps the culture alive. And the shirts are probably of good quality, therefore nothing wrong with the finished product.
