New version of DAT decompressor

lemmingsdatdecompressor_1_1_0.zip

changelog
- open and save dialogs
- more error checking
- added a readme (ooo... ;P)

no new functions, but I just thought i'd let you know i updated it
hopefully I haven't added any bugs :P

- data sections with incorrect checksums can now be saved
- tiny error message bug fixed
- smarter error checking
- changed annoying default level naming
