one of the best puzzles ever.  No joke.

Well this may seem obvious :

I vote for Clams puzzle.

Devilishly hard map, but so intriguing that I never got bored trying to solve it.

I vote for Rubix's level for creative use of the "seam" in between sections. I like the idea of sending one hero back and forth to rescue two groups, and the limited skillset encourages some interesting methods :)
