The next guy must answer the question and explain why (s)he made that choice, then ask a new question for the next guy!

Be deaf, [because if I was blind and tried to iron a shirt I would give myself a horrendous burn]

If you wanted to vandalise something would it rather be:

A shop
or
A library?

A shop. Free stuff, yay!   :D

(Adding to the rules that you need to explain why you made that choice, that seems to be more interesting.)

A: Have money but no energy [As long as it's today, because when I wake up tomorrow I will eventually have more energy]

Q: Would you rather drink...

Cherry flavoured tea (because I prefer tea to coffee more than I prefer raspberry to cherry)

Would you rather:
- Climb Mt Everest
or
- Sail solo around the world?

So altitude sickness vs seasickness. Yay.

I'll pick sailing, not because seasickness is preferable, but more because I'm a wimp and doubt I'll physically survive climbing Mt Everest, even though I much rather have the view on top of Mt Everest that I have yet to experience, than the boring endless ocean that is totally nothing new to me.

-----------

Would you rather:
- Be at a dead-end, low paying job but have plenty of time for Lemmings and games
or
- Be at a decent 6-figure annual salary job with decent career advancement prospects, but now have no time for Lemmings and games

;P Haha sorry if this is way too real life for some people.  I know I should come up with a more fun question, but can't at the moment.

On second thought, I think as a wimp, perhaps it would be far more prudent actually for me to go with Mt Everest, even if it may be more physically uncomfortable to endure.  The thing is, the ocean is way too vast, and if an accident were to happen and I become "lost at sea", I feel like there is probably a far greater chance of no one able to find me in the vastness, which is not a prospect I want to even begin thinking about.

Whereas I feel like if my life depends on a search-and-rescue, Mt Everest may have less area to cover.  But I could be wrong though, perhaps the climate in that area can make rescue challenging in its own way.

[update: then again, perhaps with proper preparation, the above shouldn't matter.  To start, a GPS and a satellite phone (usable anywhere in the world) is probably a must, to ensure prompt means of both calling for rescue as well as narrowing down the search area.]

lol ccexplore; +5 for really putting some thought into it. (perhaps too much? :P )
me I'd probably sail around the world; I too get seasick but I think I'd try anything and everything to combat it because I really love the ocean.  :(

your questions is really interesting actually; I myself am sort of faced with this decision. In the end I don't think its the major crux of happiness, as there are rich/busy people who are happy and those that r sad. And then there are also poor/lazy people are happy and those that r sad as well.
Personally.... I'll take the low paying job, I'm not interested in lots of money, just love and happiness.
Wait actually, I really have no idea.. :/

I would take a higher paying job and adventure out into the unknown. I can say I've done lemmings and will miss it but there plenty more to do in life.

Would you rather: learn to play violin or trumpet?

Violin, because with four strings and a bow you can create more interesting music than the three keyed trumpet, and also, asthmatic people like me might find the trumpet too exhausting to play unlike the violin.

Would you rather climb...

A lamppost
or
A bushy tree?

The lamppost is just a repetitive matter of strength. Trees often offer opportunity for strategic thinking and clever manouvers - as well as the opportunity to take a rest if need be. I'll take the tree. =P

Would you rather be a climber or a floater? Assume they work (as far as realistically possible) the same way IRL as they do in Lemmings (obviously, with the exception that the surface doesn't have to be 100% flat, as long as it's not overhanging or anything like that).

Being a climber does sound more adventurous and tempting, and there are a few situations I can think of where higher ground = safety.

Still I picked the floater--seems like it has more lifesaving potential than the climber, and I'm more wimp than adventurer. ;P

==========================

Would you rather live in a world where computer and console and mobile games (including Lemmings) never existed but the Internet does, vs a world where the Internet never existed but computer/console games does?

[I originally just say "Lemmings", but think it will be more balanced to include all computer games rather than just our beloved one.]
[edit: included console games as well to further up the stake]
[edit2: added mobile games (cellphones, tablets, etc) as well.  Goddammit, too many kinds of computing devices nowadays! :XD:]

I'd say the internet perhaps, depends if I like the idea of socialising with friends or not. But also, there are many internet games around too, so what would be the point of buying a console?
(I'm pretty sure that someone else would come up with a better opinion than mine. :-\)

Anyway, here's a lemming-related question. If you were going out to town and decided you had to wear something Lemmings-related would you wear a green wig or a blue onesie?

Green wig. Heck, I might even experiment with dying my hair, especially if it's a wash-out.

Would you rather: Have to solve Mayhem 29 five times in a row with only a mouse (no keyboard) and pause disabled, or have to get 100% on (LPII) Genius 9?

Genius 9 100%, because I'd rather think of ways to slow down the machine and make things easier for me for example, utilising a handheld mouse rather than the touchpad.

OK, haven't played this for a while, so this time there are three options. If you want to blow up something would you rather blow up..

A workplace?
or
A block of flats?
or
A train?

I would probably go for a block of flats as it brings back memories of a similiar thing that happened in our town back in the 1990s.

As a adrenaline junkie myself, would you like to try a (Bungee Jump) or a (tandem skydive) I've done a bungee jump back in 2012, it was great fun.
