I may get time to stream tomorrow [Sunday] Possibly in the morning [10:00-11:00 AM. Eastern  U.S. Time.] More likely in the afternoon [1:00 PM onward] All are invited on discord.

Whether I actually stream or not I will be testing my streaming on twitch and try to figure out why that wasn't working the other day. So you may see a popup if you're following me. And I'd like to try twitch but once again if it doesn't work I'll use youtube.

What games I'll be plaing; I'd like to try some random levels from the Lix Community pack, and then a surprise random game. But one that's I've mentioned on here. Again it also depends on who shows up. Also you can feel free to make suggestions right here.

this has been canceled for now, sorry. I may try to do a stream during the week, but whenever it is during the coming week; it would be no earlier then 3:40 PM. [Eastern US Time]

The week  following Christmas; [December 26~onward] I have off and I'll probably get to stream at least once during that time, and it would be midday most likely.

I really want to stream at least once during the week after Christmas; I have off all week so I can do it any time; afternoon (Eastern US time) seems best for everyone here. I may try even sooner though but I think Monday, and maybe Wednesday will be the days. If I stream some other time it'll be on shorter notice.

What I will be streaming: if allowed enough time I'll be streaming two different things; one will be a pokemon game, randomized (as soon as I figure out how to do that), nuzlock challenge.
The second will be lemming stuff, most likely the Lix pack first.

I might stream tomorrow around 3:00 PM Eastern U.S. time. not sure what I'll stream but I don't think I'll have the pokemon set up yet so I'll try lix if any lix people are around, if not I may do some random Lemmings stuff or something else.

I may not be able to make it to this stream. My brother and his wife are coming home tomorrow and I want to spend the day with them.

Now at Christmas I want to reveal a little "secret" unofficial Project ;)

Maybe some of you were a bit surprised why I pushed for some Xmas Lem fixes all of a sudden when I am normally not so invested in these kind of things.

I said I wanted to make a little best-of Xmas pack for a friend, but that's only half the truth. ;)

Last christmas I stumbled across a german Youtuber called Deepstar making a let's play of "Holiday Lemmings Plus" (in german).

I made contact with him and promised a newly created pack for this year.

This pack won't be further supported by me and I also won't make a extra download topic for it, it is created specifically created for him for his let's play purpose.

In fact the levels in there are a mix of:  Lemmings Reunion Snow and Xmas levels, PimoLems Snow levels, some contest entries and a few Reunion 2 levels so be aware of a few spoilers upon watching! (so you can already play most of the levels anyway ;P)

This was also a great opportunity to get some level testing for me and some NL testing for "somewhat newer" players.

Link to the playlist (let's play in german language): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSJuXwQNUDs&list=PLsuchTlhr9Yz5TZEnkDLypwINNF5l2rMe&index=1

Each video contains 1 level and there are 24 in total :)

So if you want to take a little look, here you go! :) I think he would welcome some views and maybe even comments (he understands english ;))

I plan to stream on Wednesday Dec 28, around noon (1:00 PM, Eastern time) I will be streaming a pokemon randomized nuzlocke challenge, maybe if there's time I will do some other things as well. If there are people here/there with requests, I may do a request. I should get to stream for a couple of hours at least.
*note: if it turns out there's nobody around who is at all interested in pokemon then I might just do something entirely different instead.

I've watched a little bit, it was good to see him having fun, though it's kind of hard to give any kind of feedback when I don't understand (most) of what's said, but I may leave a comment or two anyway.

Just thought I'd let people know, this year, I'm planning on doing fewer Lemmings packs as Let's Plays. There are a couple of reasons for this, but the main one is I have so many Let's Plays that I want to do this year that the Lemmings packs will essentially have to take the backburner for this year at least. I still plan on LPing SEB Lems as well as doing regular Lemmings streams, so no worries there. I hope you all understand.

I'm going to try a bit of an interesting Poker stream at some point, somewhat inspired by an idea I saw xflixx (one of the Team PokerStars players) doing on his channel. I don't know how well this will work, as streaming isn't the most reliable for me, but at any rate I'll also be recording it to upload later. If for any reason streaming fails, I'll still upload a recorded video of this.

Basically, I'll be playing Spin n Go games I'll be setting aside either $5 or $10 (haven't decided yet) specifically for this stream; if I go with $5 I'll start at the $1 games; if I go with $10 I'll start at the $3 games. If I lose a game (and am not already at the lowest stakes), I'll move down in stakes. If I win a game (and my for-stream balance is at least three times the next stake up), I'll move up in stakes. The stream ends when I either go bust, win a game at the top stakes, or decide it's been going on for too long.

Even in a case where I don't win a single game, the structure ensures the stream would have at least 17 games (on a $5 balance) or 26 games (on a $10 balance). In practice, I'm not that bad at Spin n Gos; but also probably not good enough to end up making it to, let alone winning, a $100 buyin game, so most likely it'll be the "it's been going for too long" condition that ends the stream.

I haven't got an exact time yet, apart from "probably later today sometime". Could be in 10 minutes, could be in a few hours. Not guaranteed it will happen today, for that matter. (Yeah, I know this is bad practice with streams, but I'm just not the kind who can plan ahead like that.) If you're interested, keep an eye out for a Youtube notification that I've started livestreaming. Alternatively, keep an eye on the chat in #neolemmix, as I'll mention there when I'm about to start. Please note that I probably won't be keeping an eye on the chat feed while streaming, since running a browser while recording (and presumably also while streaming) tends to result in lag on the recording for me, and I don't know if I can be bothered setting up a second device to watch the chat with. And of course, just on the offchance that someone watching the stream ends up as one of my opponents, it'll be somewhat time-delayed. ;)

EDIT: Gonna start it in a few minutes. :)

EDIT: The stream's over now. Uploaded a recording of it here, possibly a bit less laggy than the replay of the stream itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vimdXXXQ_Vs

I'd also like to point out that I've recently added ads to the Poker and Final Fantasy X videos on my channel. However, I have no intention to add these to my Lemmings videos, so if you see one there, it's either a mistake, or entirely Youtube's doing.

I am definitely willing to co-commentate a Spin-and-Go review one day, if you want. I'd prefer not to see the hands before, if you would be willing to do this.

I sorta got sick of the Spin n Go stuff really. Would you also be interested in doing the same for regular cashgame play (probably Zoom)? I'm considering doing some kind of recording or stream series relating to those in the future.

Would be nice to see poker play with more than just 3 players.

The Spin and Go was good but it got to Heads up too quickly sometimes and felt like some opponents in the lower limits were just gambling rather than playing the game.

My usual game these days for cash game play is 6-max NLHE, usually zoom. I'll probably be playing either 2c/5c or 5c/10c for any streams / recordings; for much the reasons you state I avoid the public 1c/2c games most of the time, though I sometimes play them in homegame groups (most commonly xflixx's homegames club).

I forgot to mention it here, but I've been doing some cashgame streams; 5c/10c NLHE Zoom games where I usually play until I either complete cardmatch or run out of hands to complete it in, on average, this tends to be 150 - 200 hands per stream. The unique twist is that these streams are silent; I have a textbox I can write in but that still means very limited communication. Not sure how interesting people are finding it, but it works well because often the time I feel like playing is when I need to be relatively quiet, which is why I hadn't been doing so many streams / videos for a while.

Previous videos can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVWvcY0oGEFxlavGIq_keMSafZyBDre_6
When I'm streaming, it can be viewed here: http://www.youtube.com/user/jihoon4242/live

(Note that I also, if conditions permit, stream my Lemmings videos while I record them; same link. In practice, more often than not I don't get to do this, but it does happen sometimes.)

The livechat does get recorded in the videos, but I do not pay attention to it while I'm playing.

I'm going to be doing a Poker stream shortly. Otherwise, subscribe and Youtube should notify you when I'm doing one. :)
