Little Lemmings Sweets
« on: December 20, 2012, 11:55:01 PM »
I was surprised with this, today. My father and brother decided to use up the remaining icing from the Christmas Lemming cake, and made a bunch of sweets out of it - Lemmings ones...

... Along with an entrance trapdoor (with its planks made out of cut-up bits of Matchmakers chocolate-sticks), and a traditional earth-and-rock-style exit door, complete with little torches!

Here's another picture, showing the setup from the other side.

I was tickled pink by this, I can tell you - especially by the entrance detailing. :D

:o Wow.  This sure puts a new spin on "level design"--we're basically looking at edible mini 3D Lemmings levels here! ;P 8)

Tootsie Rolls are only somewhat known of, by name only, in my country due to imported American television programmes - as far as I know, they're only available in North America.

Among those who have heard of them, the vast majority of people don't know what on Earth they are, so I'm afraid that this wasn't a possibility. :P

What is a "Now-or-Later"?
My friend that went to England once said he had candy called now-or-laters. I don't remember what they were though...

Thanks very much, but all credit must go to my father and brother for this one. :D

Also, I've honestly never heard of a "Now-or-Later"! The only information I could find was for something called "Now and Later" (info here), but that seems to be a North American sweet, too...

but I heard of this candy from England that they don't have in America and I can't remember the name... Of course; I guess they're lots of candies they don't have here  :XD:
