PlayStation I (PSX) problem

Weel, first of all, excuse me if this is not the place for this topic. I have some questions about PlayStation and Pakkiso, which are both causing me several headaches. Any of you is familiarized with the ECM + APE romfiles of PSX?

There should be a program on the site you downloaded the ISO from. That's all I can say here.
