PKLite

I'm looking for PKLite to uncompress the exe files of the different Lemmings games (Lemmings 1, Oh no more Lemmings and Holiday Lemmings 1991 to 1994). Can I get a copy of this program please? Thank you!

Just Google for "unpklite" and you'll find the program.

I should note however that if I recall correctly, the resulting decompressed Lemmings program might sometimes not run correctly (it has a tendency to ask you for the disk) unless you do some additional hacking.  I'm guessing it's copy-protect measure put into pklite to prevent an automatic decompression from working directly.

I have decompressed and hacked-to-work copies of a few versions of DOS Lemmings and ONML, but probably not all versions that have existed.

My decompressed original and onml both work fine. It just takes one click to get past the disc screen.

I'm not a pro for hacking things, so I want to know what do you know about the possible modifications we can bring to the game by hex coding (safe fall distance, fps, music, cheat code). I have both the CD version of Lemmings and Floppy version of Lemmings. Strangely, UnPKLite is unable to uncompress the executable of the CD version.

All I wish is to get a "correct" version of the game with the correct 60 safe fall distance that is expected to be, each track is playing correctly for each level without coming back to the first song when we miss (like the CD version) and with the cheat code working (using 5 on the numberal pad).

With this possibility to modify the game, why not doing that for most of the Lemmings games?

I already said that a long time ago too.

There's one thing I'm sure I couldn't do is to do a fast forward mode for Dos Lemmings games. But it could be nice, for example, to press a key and speed up the game like in the special level in Oh no! More Lemmings : INTRODUCING SUPERLEMMING!
