It seems that the first game of the Lemmings saga was ported also to a Game & Watch machine:

Of course, it was not like the original game, but I'm sure it was cute :D

Weel, first of all, excuse me if this is not the place for this topic. I have some questions about PlayStation and Pakkiso, which are both causing me several headaches. Any of you is familiarized with the ECM + APE romfiles of PSX?

Hello to everyone!

Can any of you tell me what's the name of this tune? :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjFQuYCqoOc

I read somewhere in the net that it's a Swing song from the early 1920s-1930s, but currently I've forgotten its name.

Thanks!

Help & Guides / Compiling Lemmix in Linux
« on: May 17, 2010, 02:04:34 PM »
Hello:

As the topic name says, I would like to compile the source code of Lemmix in Linux, in order to play it without using Wine. I don't even know if this would be possible, so forgive me if I am asking nonsenses: what things should I have installed on my Linux for the compiling will be possible? Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot in advance!

« on: September 18, 2009, 08:18:19 PM »
Hello EveryOne:

This is the second of some tematical threads that I want to start, in order to recopilate ALL the stuff I have found along the years about Lemmings games, in almost all the platforms the franchise were exported to  :thumbsup: .

Here are the complete songs from the Sega & Nintendo videoconsoles, in both mp3 & (internal) vgm/spc format*:

Master System:

Lemmings { mp3 } { vgm }

Mega Drive (Genesis):

Lemmings { mp3 } { vgm }
Lemmings 2 - The Tribes { mp3 } { vgm }

Super NES:

Lemmings { mp3 } { spc }
Lemmings 2 - The Tribes { mp3 } { spc }

_______________________________________________________________

*To play vgm and/or spc files, you need to place these plugins in the appropiate folder of your Winamp (or Winamp-plugin-compatible) music player:

VGM { in_vgm }

SPC { SNESamp }

Or use this Multi-OS player:

Level Design / Brainstorming from level names! =)
« on: September 09, 2009, 12:57:24 PM »
Hi!

With this humble thread, I would like to help all the level designers who want new ideas for making their new levels: why don't build a level inspired from a good/suggestive phrase or quote? The development and/or the solution of the screen could be taken literally from the level name :) .

Let's start suggesting names! Like "Up The Hill Backwards" *

* This is the name of an optimistic David Bowie's song. I love that song! =)

A new chapter of "Lemmings Music Ripped From Video Game Consoles" :D . Here are the songs from Lemmings 1:

http://www.zophar.net/music/spc/lemmings-1.html

And here are the Lemmings 2 tunes:

http://www.zophar.net/music/spc/lemmings-2-the-tribes.html

You can hear them using this plugin on Winamp (&, of course, players that admit Winamp plugins, like Xmplay [I Love It, hehe! :D ]):

lorcan: Sorry, but I haven't found a plugin for Foobar2000. Nevertheless, you can play those packs using any of the following .SPC players that are mentioned here:
