ah my apologies, you must have v1.00 of the demo. I assumed you had v1.01

That is the Frenzy music, it can be found in the selection of music in the Neo Lemmix editor. Or just type "Frenzy"
It used to be used for levels which you could not pause on and had music to help you identify it, but since they are being culled, I started using it in the demo since I lacked music at the time.

I actually screen captured that track playing on one of the Pimolems bonus levels which is where I originally heard it, that's how it got a custom loop because I cut it off in a random place and used audacity to silence it out.

Turns out it is the Amiga version of the Medieval Tribe music in L2 Tribes, I didn't know that at the time and I now have the original track

I have the original attached (not the one used in the demo) if you want it

.mod is compatible with Neo Lemmix

As expected, only got the first 2 levels done. They are all very well made though.

I had the feeling I had the right idea on Level 5 but couldn't quite pull it together *sigh*

Nice, this level brings back memories for me. This is actually one of the hardest levels in Game Boy Lemmings. Like Tricky 1, you can only lose 1 lemming in Taxing 1.

The Game Boy/NES version was good at taking easier levels and making them harder, like both versions of "Here's one I Prepared Earlier"/"Every Lemming for Himself" are pretty difficult.

Keep it up Ron, looking forward to the nxp :)

I think to be honest everyone is bad at S3&K in a way, Death Egg Zone is a bitch of a zone and you have to get to it first!

Nice heads up Roundy, I'll be there :)

It was sent to him 2 days ago by me.

I sent him all the details of who worked on it and in what order and how the level was worked on and what the guidelines were.

I already know he has 2 of Gigalem's submissions left over from the last stream so hopefully this is the 3rd level he has for next level submission stream unless anyone else has sent him a level.

Managed to solve the levels in the first 3 ranks although "Insert Bee Pun Here" took me a while to work out.

Same as last demo, stuck on 2 levels. No surprise which ones, at least neither of them are Honeycomb ones this time

Great levels in this demo, I especially like the newest graphic set in this one ;)

Oh nice Ron_Stard

They look so much better, I think the mistake I made was using the larger Steel blocks to help keep the level to scale.

Another interesting point to make is the Diamonds need to be climbable on both sides and I can see in the picture that one side won't be climbable. They are definitely climbable on the Game Boy version, I can't comment on the NES.
I guess they aren't really required for the solution since Spot of Bother is an X of everything level anyway and Mayhem 22 doesn't have any climbers.

Can't wait to see the rest

Finally solved Working Bee and The Forgotten Beauty. (namida did give me a hint to Working Bee)

I think Working Bee was by far the hardest level in that demo for me personally.

I swear The Forgotten Beauty is a backroute because it didn't look intended eventhough I used all the skills.

Nice replays Joshescue, appreciate the feedback

Also voted no myself, I feel 99 RR's are part of Lemmings and despite my well known hatred towards 99RR levels where there are immediate hazards nearby, I am starting to warm to these levels because they add a frantic element.

I'm not opposed to the idea completely although I would choose to avoid the option if it was implemented.

Update 18/6/16

SEB Lems has now hit 40/120 levels completed :)

I did think of putting up a short demo (which I'll do at the 60 level mark now) but instead I'll put up some screenshots of some finished levels from each rank.

Paradise - A Few Tutorial levels then mostly X of everything levels.
"In the Dead Of Night"

Bittersweet - Still easy, less skills to consume!
"Party in my Head"

Revolution - So you want to take on the harder ranks? Do you have what it takes?
"SNAKE!"

Stormy - Harder Levels overall, ride the storm to the very end!
"Sparkle"

Murder - No Prisoners Now, Lemmings lives are at stake!
"The SEB Western"

Deep Cuts - Extra level rank, mostly for levels which don't belong in the main game or in any rank for that matter ;P
"Know When To Fold Them"

Current Rank Breakdown:
Paradise: 8/20 (+2)
Bittersweet: 6/20 (+4)
Revolution: 7/20 (+4)
Stormy: 7/20 (+1)
Murder: 7/20 (+4)
Deep Cuts: 5/20 (+2)

Graphic Set variety: 19 + 2 special

What do you think of these levels, I've been wanting to show of The SEB Western for a while because it uses GigaLem's converted L3 Shadow graphic set.

I'd like to weigh in on the NES levels, there's only 3 that I would call unique. Arctic Lemming, Spot of Bother/Is That Lemming Licensed and Hello John Got A New Lemming.
I attempted to recreate those levels over in the ZX spectrum/nes topic and posted screenshots of them. They are almost true to the originals except I made some modifications to account for the less steep builders since builders are 45 degrees in NES/spectrum.

I'd say the levels are average, Hello John Got A New Lemming has a good solution but is let down by Floating every lemming out of the trapdoor.

Arctic Lemming is like a Fun level because you get X of everything pretty much, not that exciting.
Spot of Bother and its repeat have another set of good solutions, takes a bit of thinking to solve them. I feel there is more potential for these levels because the skillsets are awful. The repeat is very builder heavy!
All 3 are crystal graphic set and they have some odd shaped crystal terrain.

I'm only talking about the NES levels. Some of the NES levels I haven't mentioned are also in the ZX Spectrum version.
You can download the spectrum levels in the topic and try them for yourself 😊

It's just how they looked to me on the Game Boy version those Trapezoidal objects. Feel free to shrink the levels vertically if you need to, some of them are around the 200 pixel region vertically when you need to get down to 160pxl.

This is the best image I could find for how the game boy version of Mayhem 16 looks.
