I know how you ment it. I already said it in IRC that the black space is part of the tile here and it was already this way in Lemmini.

Well with your PM tipp everything has changed:

- Transparent colors now added (no background issues for City so Preplaced stuff also here avialable)
- Custom background for Shadow added (as I missunderstood the mechanics a little :-[)

Sent you the updated tilesets for NeoLemmix page upload.

Furthermore:
I will update all Shadow levels for Lemmings Reunion with custom background in the next patch to make them look more clear!

Added pickup skills, updrafts and pre-placed lemmings for the custom tilesets!
Exept for the City one, due to the custom background (needed to paint the background on the new objects manually due to the resize)
And no custom background for the Shadow tileset, because the colour of Every other tile must be adjusted for this to work and simply no :8():
They should be available on the NeoLemmix website as an addon soon!

Castle tileset demo works now!
Due to the resize the background was not black anymore and changed to white now.
Solution: Paint it manually black! When I'm at it, I will also try to make a level sized background for Shadow.

As you said it's not that hard, I tried it out.
Result: working, but....... Double resolution for Lemmini tilesets messes up the size (pickup skills are barely recognisable), so it's not that usable for now. If there was a way to change the gobal double size to normal for single objects it would be fine.

Okay if the "epic" tileset gets release for neolemmix and has Pre placed lemmings & pick up skills (please put them in Icho or Dynalem)
i have two bonus rating to put in
The first Being
A horrible night to have a curse*
Using the Epic tileset, (that gives me Castlevania vibes BTW) will have 5 extra tunes and and 10 levels
The Second being
"Shattered Memories"
10 snow levels with the zombie gimmick

*Name is shortened ingame ;)

And I just gave DynaLem the tilesets, becausae he asked me a week ago or so (he has nothing to do with the conversion).

So I just know how to convert tilesets, not how to add extra stuff.
The basic tilesets are available though on the NeoLemmix homepage as an addon for the editor.

But the levels will be quite a bit harder than the ones you tested the last time and it will make more sense after the next patch where I will try to fix them, so I can be sure if they are working properly then.

Btw tell me if there is any news about when geoo is comming to Göttingen!

Nearly half way through the 5th rank, and I must say, so far the 5th seems easier than the 4th... although a lot of that is probably due to me finding backroutes.

This is the exact point where I need your help. There a quite a few levels likely to be backrouted (especially in the first half) and I can't find the errors by myself, because I don't play them blindly. Also the NeoLemmix mechanics could have created even more backroutes that I am unaware of, so there will be a few patches needed!

That's a lot of Lemming games! Impressive!

I myself only played and owned original PC versions of the games: Lemmings + Oh No More Lemmings (DOS + later the "Lemmings for Windows" version), Lemmings 2+3, Lemmings 3D, Lemmings Paintball and Lemmings Revolution.

The additional platform exclusive levels I only played through with NeoLemmix and Lemmini custom packs copying them.

But I must admit I am not a dedicated gatherer of versions type of Lemmings fan and more of a level/pack-creator and custom pack player :P

Remember all of my recent contest entries are free to use for the pack.
Inclodes:  T=0K (if DynaLem has nothing against it)
                 Deserted Cities of the Heart  (if möbius has nothing against it)
                 True Grid
                 Escape from Lemlab

As well as: Apocalypse Maintement  (the second updated version)

And in the next days I will have enough time again to create stuff, but I will see what I will give to the community pack and what I will keep for possibly future packs of my own (and there is also the new contest) .

Good question! I personally don't use it at all and I think the point is that this forum is way too small for the need of a buddy feature. If hundreds of users are on it then it would be handy, but right now not that much.

Well Lemmini ran (a bit surprisingly) on the mac of my old school friend, so maybe NeoLemmix also runs on a mac. I could try it out the next time I meet him and report the results.

I am using Windows 7, but Linux compability would be nice, because I am thinking to get a Linux laptop for programming (well and for a little bit of lemmings in breaks :P)

My congratulation to Crane! :thumbsup:

It really was the best level which made the best use of the special rule, together with a great solution and nice visuals! :thumbsup:
So it got also my own vote in the last round (little deja vu to the first contest :P).
