Here is Brutal 20 100% saved 8-)

I would remove the timer here as it really adds only possible frustraition.

Will maybe do even some commentary videos on it in the future ;)

Played on the latest exp version!  (zooming out to watch recommended :P)

V 2.1 release with a little hotfix to the L2 space tileset!

The 1x1 px trigger on the space receiver wasn't 1 pixel below the object as I messed up and swapped in the wrong file :-[   It was instead set on the lowest row of the object.

Sry about that, but now it's right. I also checked the dune teleporter again just to be sure and luckily there it was set correctly 1 pixel below the object.

EDIT: It even seems like it changed nothing physics wise even as my replays still work :lem-mindblown:

Even though it's a bit of work. I think a) "set them manually" would be the correct call. Objects are very different: water, triggered traps, teleporters....finding a rule that fits for all does not work as we saw already in my old topic.

So I would call to keep the old system for now and make rotated/inverted trigger areas customisable in the future. This standard rule can still be applied when no custom trigger is set.

A few levels would need fixes when some rotated/inverted triggers are changed, but it would not be an incredible ammount.

Hi, I'm new to this. How can i get the music to work ingame, after i downloaded it?

Hi, and welcome to the forum! :)

To get the music to work simply put all the tracks in the music subfolder of your NeoLemmix executable. If the folder doesn't exits yet, simply create a "music" subfolder where your NeoLemmix.exe is located. Also check if you turned on music ingame just in case ;)

Closed / [Suggestion][Player] Remove April 1st rickrolling music
« on: April 01, 2017, 10:10:26 AM »
So I wanted to record some NL today as I ran out of Lemmingbytes videos. Sadly all I get is the stupid rickroll music, because I did not count in that today is April 1st!:devil::devil::devil:

Please remove this or at least put in an option to make it stop and play normal music again! Yes it can be funny, but beeing forced to hear this on every level the entire day is just annoying!

As you probably guessed :):

Something Lemmings Revolution did well is the ability to give each entrance hatch its own release rate. This not only allows different hatches to have different amounts of lemmings come out of it, as well as at different speeds. This would also allow levels with more than one entrance to have all entrances run at 99 release rate instead of them all sharing a 99 release rate, causing the flow of lemmings to be less than 99. I think this would be a nice feature to have, provided it isn't too difficult to implement.

Honestly thats a thing I really found annoying about Revolution. The RR already is one of the harder features to understand for new players and that would make it even more complex. Also cranking up the RR for each hatch individually would be more fiddly than awesome :P
So for me one general RR is enough and more would just be too much to fiddly with. Most effects can already be simulated as Nepster said with hatch stacking and a hatch with just a few Lems can also already be simulated with preplacers.

You can give me 1000 Lems and that will still be possible ;)

Updated replay collection attached.

Here's my list. I played the DOS version as a kid, but only until "Postcard from Lemmingland". The game itself I completed on Lemmings for Windows 95, which had "Oh no more Lemmings" included, but I will only count the original game here.

10) Upsidedown World -- nice and hard puzzle, but I had not very many problems as in other levels here
9) It's hero time! ---- for the time it was a hard but at least easy to execute level.
8) Curse of the Pharaohs ---- builders that do not go the right way were annoying.......
7) Going up....  --- I did not go up .... I fiddled myself through the middle.
6) Postcard from Lemmingland ---- The first big roadblock
5) Triple trouble ---- difficult because of poor execution tools
4) King of the Castle ----- again the old lack of execution tools
3) Poles Apart  ---- I spent quite a while figuring this one out
2) Save me  ---  solving was not a big deal, but the execution was painful! Builders not going over blockers or in the wrong direction!
1) No added colors or Lemming  --- I spent a year here, with the final solution coming to me while trying to sleep :P  That final trick with the miner destroying the bridge.....

This occurs even if you just load and want to skip through without interferring. In one case it was nearly impossible for a replay to be replayed correctly.
