I've noticed that people don't talk much about ANWOL, and they are usually prolix about the other lemming games. So there must be something the matter about ANWOL, but I don't know what.

So please tell me what's so wrong with the game. Why did it fail so much that they dropped the project of making more of the same?

Which solution would you recommend to a noob who'd like to play all sorts of lemming games?

I've often asked myself that question. I wonder if they had initially planned to do something, in which case they could have made some sketches of what they would look like. We need someone with arcane knowledge on the subject.
