- Two levels, Level 1 and Level 4.   Play Level 1 first.
- When I first designed Level 4, I was not aware that steel only has 32 pieces, so some parts can be dug through, but hopefully nothing that will help with playing the level in a way not designed.   I realised tonight there is a slightly easier way to play the level.  It is still rather tough though till you work it out...
- Think Level 2 and Level 3 will be new designs.
- LEVEL000.DAT in zip.  Works with CustLems for Windows or DOS.   It's in progress...  So, only has four level slots.  Will give an error after 4.   Sort that out later on....
- Have completed both, so they are doable!  Think will leave them like this...

01. Are there any old versions on MAINEDIT in existence?  One that could modify the MAIN.DAT of DOS?  v11.1 I cannot get to work.
It may partially be the Out of Memory error.  No idea why?
02. Is there anyone else here that can help me tweak it.  Possibly for a small fee on completion?  I am not profiting from this tho.

These Demos are rather easy.  Has anyone got a list of the tools you can only use to make things harder?  Ie 1 bomber, 2 builders etc.
I might create it...

Does anyone (smarter than me) know how to:
a) is there a switch in the DOS Lemmings that enables the Skip Cheat?  It would be really helpful to have as I like messing about with LemEdit3 in DOS.  Currently using the Xmas Demos which have the cheat enabled, to test with.  But these are only limited to 4 levels. 
b) Is there a way to change the 4 limit to 10?

Is it me, or is this Bug 2?

When playing this level, if I select Bomber and blow a hole, then escape (because was expecting a timed bomber and you play this differently), when the level restarts, the action appears remembered and the Lemming comes out of hatch, walks a bit and blows up.   Followed by second if did that one also.  I don't think I am selecting Replay...

UPDATE: Appears to be a bug.  When playing the next level, the builder will do the same thing.  You have to quit to main menu and start over.
Hopefully we'll get a v12.12.5.1 to address, spoils a good source port.

Looks to me like ONCE you have selected something/escape, on Restart/Continue it goes into Replay mode.   If you did not click on something and escape, it starts normally.

Currently Lemmix and good ol' fashioned DOSBox are winning...  Lemmix V29 is very nicely done.

With Holiday Lemmings 1993 Demo, I have observed that if I use my normal -v -o, the High Performance mode crashes.  Looking at VERSIONNUM as a password, it appears that DMA have noticed this, and so in Holiday Lemmings 1994 they have disabled the mode, rather than fix the bug in v1.91?  If I replace the Holiday Lemmings 1993 Demo v1.91 with the Xmas Lemmings v1.9 exe, problem goes away...

Not that it matters too much, as Holiday Lemmings 1994 v1.92 has these levels.

Also observed that whilst the SKIPLEVELS passwords (something else actually) are still in the code, they have disabled it in v1.91, v1.92.
