I still need to find a way to enforce the basher to be released by a bomber at the begining but otherwise this is perfect.

I think it's the first time I see a replay to this level being so close to my solution! I may be able to fix this level after all.

Also perfect, except you managed to make the last bomber timing less tight. May need a little fix, but otherwise I'm happy with your replay.

Aaand finally, an almost perfect replay to this level! I mean, you did everything correctly but your timing is a bit different which made the end of the level longer. Otherwise this is pretty neat.

Hey Swerdis!

I hope you'll enjoy the ride. The first rank is probably the most uneven one. Some later levels need fixing to prevent some of IchoTolot's backroutes, I'm planning on doing this very soon. When this is done I will make an update here so you will be able to get the fixed version :)

@IchoTolot thank you for your updated replays! I should have written feedback about your replays ages ago so I apologize about this. Anyway, I had time last night so there it is:

This will only be about my own levels, I will let Dodochacalo manage his own.

First of all, loooots of your solutions are on point :thumbsup: I listed only a few backroutes, most of them should be easy to fix:

:lemming: Scando 01 - Cabinet of Curiosities
Most of your solution is correct but I would like the bombers to free the worker each time. Not sure how to make it mandatory for the basher, but I think I can at least fix this for the miner.

:lemming: Scando 16 - Take Five
This level is very backroute-prone and I accept most of them as long as they're not too nasty. Yours is a bit :D

:lemming: Impero 06 - Hypostyle Freestyle
Here again your solution is mostly correct but the way you use diggers to get past one of the pillars feels wrong to me :crylaugh:

:lemming: Impero 08 - Forbidden Friendship
Well this was entertaining and painful at the same time :crylaugh:

What you did is mostly correct, but I guess my last edit of this level opened more backroutes. This one looks easy to fix.

Another very backroute-prone level, I'll try another fix to prevent the way you free the blocker.

I listed a few other levels to which your solutions were different than mine, but I'm ok with them:

The pack has been updated with various fixes to block backroutes and other minor edits, following @kaywhyn's LP :thumbsup:

I didn't see your messages earlier. I subscribed to this topic to receive email alerts but I guess the last forums updates canceled it. ???

Anyway, I'm pumped about your feedback @kaywhyn! :thumbsup: I only read half of it for now and will continue later.

It was kind of a nightmare to order the levels as a few things had to be taken into account: difficulty of course, but we also wanted to space Dodo's levels equally inside the ranks because he had fewer levels and we didn't want them to be all crammed together. We also had feedback from a few players that tested the levels and took this into account.

I will watch your LP for sure and will probably answer some of your questions as I go!

Hum, could this be because of a copy and paste of the level when the repeat was created? If so, there may be similar issues with Blood and Fire / Fire and Blood and Low Tide / High Tide. I'll take a look at this when I get back into Lemmings. :)

I'll take a look at your replays later when I got some time. We still need to update the pack. I think we fixed all of Armani's backroute but I need to get in touch with Dodochacalo to get his edits. Hopefully we can do this quickly enough so you'll be able to play the updated levels. :)

Some levels may be considered breathers when one is already familiar with the tricks they require. This makes ranking some levels quite difficult. Do we take the original Lemmings games as reference or do we assume most players are now familiar with such tricks as the digger being turned around by a blocker? What if a new player comes around and gets stuck on a very early level because they don't know any of these tricks? This is a pickle :D

I'm glad you liked level 10, this is the very last one I made for the pack. It's indeed purely made with the dirt tileset but I cheated a little by abusing the group tool. I made single pixel terrain pieces in order to add some details. :cute:

Take Five may be too convoluted for its own good, and it's quite broken anyway. Your backroute will be easy to block but I'm sure others will be found very quickly.

Also I think you switched your commentaries about levels 6 and 7?

A word about some of Dodochacalo's levels! It's great you solved Hanging Gardens as intended, I think it's an excellent level. You backrouted Rooftop Run and Save Our Souls though, two of my favorite levels of his. I know he's already working on fixing them. Hopefully you'll be able to replay them to solve them as intended :D

My favorite may be Autumn, along with Mosaic and Palace. They look gorgeous! :thumbsup:

Thank you Armani for the detailed feedback! :thumbsup: I already watched your Proficio 1 video yesterday and will watch the second video today to comment on your solutions :)
It's nice that you're trying to find the intended solution after backrouting a level!

Some levels are probably misplaced and we may change the order at some point after getting enough feedback. Also it's cool to know you're enjoying the few talismans we put there. Some of them, like in Smells Like Team Spirit and Attack of the Big Root Thingies are there to nudge toward the intended solutions.

I think I'll write some details about the levels, like title references and stuff. Not sure if it's best to do this in the topic or in a readme file like I did for PimoLems. Or both maybe :D
