Introduction
Lemmings Retribution is an upcoming pack including original levels made by yours truly with some remade from Lemmings Revolution.
It was initially intended to be a straight remake of Lemmings Revolution until development went further and it became its own thing.
Development started on pre-V12 releases of the engine before porting everything to the new version.

Edit(26/08/23): More info about the game and a playable demo featuring 5 levels is here:

The XMAS Demo of last year can be downloaded and played here:

Hi TheMcPootisGal,

Welcome to the Forums! It's a really good thing I held off on playing through the pack then, as I remember you briefly discussing this pack on Discord, and I at one point several months ago stumbled upon your website where the pack can be downloaded. I was wondering if you were even still in the process of converting it over to New Formats NL, and this topic confirms that you're still working on it. So, good to know!

I'm definitely interested in LPing this when it's done! I will provide you the link so you can watch, of course. Looking forward to the finished product!

Welcome! :lemcat:

The name is just a simple coincidence. ;)

It's definitely worth coming up with a unique name for your pack if it's already taken. There are plenty of alternatives to "Reloaded", I've listed some here (in spoilers, in case you'd rather not take any specific suggestions at this point):

The tutorial is a recreation of the first 8 levels of Lemmings Revolution ...
The campaign will have the 100 levels the game is going to offer, the levels will increase in difficulty as you progress

Great concept! I had a go at recreating one or two of the Lemmings Revolution levels as part of a proposed remix pack but didn't get very far with it. It'll be really interesting to see how you've approached the task.

The last level is a massive trap course level referencing the Deluxe Paint animation. :)

Feel free to use this (https://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=5203.msg95718#msg95718) if you like! ;P

The Sandbox rank will include 4 levels with unlimited uses of skills.

Yes! We need more levels like this. This is my favourite kind of level, where you can get creative with the skills

I'm looking forward to your pack :lemcat: Let me know if you want any help with playtesting, etc.

I've said this elsewhere, but those Sandbox levels are particularly intriguing to me. :D I also love the idea for the last Campaign level!

I've also said this elsewhere, but I am honored to have my SoundFont used in a pack, and the couple tracks you put in my server were awesome to listen to. Very excited for this!

I have completed the demo. My replays are attached ;) In general, these are decent levels, though levels 2 and 4 are a bit too heavy on the building/platforming side. I've also played levels 3 and 5 before, though for the former it wasn't a problem for me to make another replay due to its open-ended nature, while for the latter I found my replay for it from a while back as it was one I didn't want to do again, as I recall it being quite difficult and requiring a lot of precision.

Another note for level 4 is just so you know, you'll hear from many in the NL community that hiding traps inside the terrain with absolutely no visual indication that they're there is a big no-no. Now, I never ran into them even though I almost did blindly since I generally don't ever activate CPM while playing, and this is the only level of the demo that has traps hidden in the walls, but traps should always be visible ;)
