Title: [BUG] Lemmings landing from a spring ignore a turner immediately on the pad

Haven't tested if this also happens with teleporters and rope slides. Not tested, but my hunch is this will not affect blockers.

EDIT: Confirmed for rope slides too.

Fixed in commit aed5100.
