Fixed IchoTolot's backroute.
I suspect the somewhat-precise bomber placement is probably making the intended solution difficult to find. I should consider finding a better way to get shimmiers from the bottom section of the level to the top.

- General changes to terrain
- Relocated shredder object
- Steel added to prevent building and bashing directly to the exit
- The gap at the beginning is now too large for a single platformer to cross
- One of the builders was exchanged with a platformer
- Added one-way arrows
- Lowered cloner count from 10 to 5
- Lowered save requirement from 8 to 3
I've watched three replays of this level so far and they've been three variations of the same backroute.
This fix actually removed some of the timing precision that was in the old version, though, so... good?

- Lowered walker count from 1 to 0
- Increased basher count from 1 to 2
- Increased save requirement from 3 to 5.
- Added terrain to close 1 gap
We do not speak of v4. I do not think anyone even managed to download it before I reverted to v3 anyway.
Thanks to Armani's suggestions (https://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=4571.msg79050#msg79050), I may have been able to fix the level, though I tried not to copy all of the suggested changes exactly. The original suggestion by Armani added two cloners. I instead used one cloner and one walker, though if the walker becomes a backroute problem I'll replace it with a cloner. Armani's suggestions have allowed me to get the number of constructive skills given to the player down. While I think these changes by themselves should be enough to fix the backroutes, I've added an extra precaution by introducing pickup skills to the level. I probably could have gotten a fix out sooner thanks to the suggestions in Armani's post, but I wanted to take a break from this level since I'd gotten so frustrated trying to fix it myself.
As the v4 changes were reverted, these changes are relative to the v3 state of the level.
Changes:
- Moved steel right slightly
- Removed one ledge
- Platformers reduced from 3 to 0+2 pickups
- Builders reduced from 2 to 0+1 pickup
- Walkers increased from 0 to 1
- Cloners increased from 5 to 6
- Save requirement increased from 5 to 6
