Title: [Suggestion] Re-orient certain one-way arrows

This is something that has bothered me for a long time now. Lots of one-way arrows (especially the ones in the Fire tileset) move left regardless of their actual alignment. I propose we update the graphic sets where this anomaly occurs so that one-way arrows always move in the direction they are facing. I'm really annoyed when I see one-way arrows moving in the wrong direction.

This should already be fixed in the new formats version.

Actually möbius already fixed these fire arrows even in the old formats. At least my V10.13.18 player together with the attached style produces correctly moving arrows.

And whenever I found such arrows in the new-formats, I replaced them with forward moving arrows. If I missed one of them, please tell me, so that it can be fixed.
