Title: No unlocked exit sounds again [BUG] [EXP-PLAYER]

As said in the title, when all the unlock buttons are pressed, there is no unlocked exit noise.

Oops. This happened becuase the game now allows setting custom sounds for them (a seperate bug means that the current version of GSTool doesn't let you select one, though), but I forgot to add code to use the default one if no custom one is set.

Fixed for next update.

In V1.48n:288161C, this problem still occurs.

Okay, it's now definitely, beyond any doubt, fixed for the next update.
