Thank you so much! I am creating some very nice levels for everyone so far. I just want the community to be pleased with my levels when I do these level packs. With kaywhyn cheering me on a lot, my motivation level goes up. The comments mean a lot to me. Many thanks! 8-)
Meanwhile, I'm just trying to be happy and do my Lemmings work accurately.
Levels 1, 3, 4 and 5 have been revealed on Discord. At this point, I will no longer be showing anymore levels off until the day of release - To be determined.
Development moves on. 80 planned levels are still a go!
92Dexter11 is currently working on some tiles in the new sets, so I am being patient with him as he does this. Everybody have a good one! :thumbsup:
Due to so much going on in my life right now, I will be lowering the level count from 80 to 60 levels in this new level pack. So far, the levels are much more difficult. I am confident that they will be enjoyable for many audiences. Thank you for your patience while development continues throughout the months. Take care, always! :thumbsup:
Just a friendly update. :cute: So far, there are 15 levels finished for this pack, all with pretty good solutions. I've been caught up in a creative block for some time now. So I am taking a short break and will return to development with a clear mind.
So, I have things figured out as far as music goes. I went ahead and announced a spoiler on Discord that the soundtrack will, indeed, be the original Lemmings soundtrack from what is known as the Canadian version. We refer to this game port for DOS - the Canadian version, because this particular version was released in Canada, as listed on the game CD itself. I need more information about this before I jump into it more, please!
I've finished the custom skill panel and numbers, added new sound effects, changed the font colors of the panel and menu fonts as well. Also, I've added a new background for before and post level information, and came up with a custom title screen including new graphics. I might change the main font styles, depending on whether or not I'll have 'more' trouble with doing it. I'm still learning. ;) But that's about it for now. Take care, folks! I am happy to announce that Armani is on board to turn this into a collab! He has mentioned that he may not be able to get as many levels out as Holiday 2024 and as frequently. But it's awesome to work with him and I am very much looking forward to it. Thanks, Armani! :thumbsup: I have always admired his work and chose to have him back so he may share his amazing talent again with everybody! ;)
New stuff: It's a "go at our own pace" project, so I am not worried about deadlines or anything with pressing time. The original Holiday 2025 release target is no longer valid. This could even be released next year for all we know. But I wanted to get everything out there, it's excellent news! Save those lemmings now! :)
Greetings, all! I would like to announce with excitement that Velixi is now working with us to make some levels for the pack. Her talent is greatly admired! Welcome aboard, Velixi! We aren't rushing the level pack as we work hard to make changes to basically everything to fully customize the level pack in NeoLemmix to the maximum. (Skill panel graphics, menu screens, etc.)
Meanwhile, I haven't heard from Armani lately, and I do hope he's doing well. The current status of the level pack is at 16/60 levels, as shown on the topic subject. Things are pushing forward. The progress counter will always be updated when I can get a chance to do that. Take care, all of you! :thumbsup:

So far we have 21 levels completed and two more are in development. Everything's moving right along! :) I will be looking forward to seeing and playing what you come up with. We hope to see you on Discord again as soon as you can be there. No rush at all and especially with the level pack. We're still going at our own pace, but sometimes it seems like it's a lot of fun to make new levels, etc. So we make them quickly, often.
