Consider this a "bump" to the entire forum. What happened?
Are people migrating to other Lemming forums?
No idea, maybe people are on vacation? Or are spending more time on other, non-Lemmings forums because of the lack of posts here (vicious cycle)? :sad:
I still check back here regularly, but I usually find that I have nothing new to say. Maybe we should have a 'generic conversation' thread in off-topic so people can talk more like they were just talking about anything. Maybe pointless information would work for that? Hrm...
Whatever the case, if people leave, they've always come back...well, so we're missing a few of the other guys - G3K, Louise, Tumbleweed, just to name a few. We have other people now at least.
I'm still here, but its really ashame about why some have to go missing really. :(

I just finished summer school. But I have been checking the forums regularly, I just don't have anything to say.

I'm here, but I haven't thought of anything to say for a while. Guess I'm not alone, it'd seem.
I rediscovered Transport Tycoon about three weeks ago and so, that has taken priority. And now that I have both Deus Ex and Shadow the Hedgehog, I could be away for a few more weeks to come.
Lemmings Forum + Non-Lemmings Stuff = No activity.
Although I'll be back, older, wiser and uglier.
Oops, I went away for the weekend without telling anyone... I was at my uncle's soybean farm, and their internet was 26.6k, so I gave up trying to surf after visiting my other site.

None at all, I'm afraid. I've been so busy on my dissertation, but it's going well -- now up to 10,000 words or two-thirds of the total, so I'm hoping to have it done in the next couple of weeks -- and since I bought the PC version of Repton 3 that's taken up all my gaming time. I have now completed every level, so maybe soon I'll be able to get back to Lemmings, although I want to crack on with designing my own Repton 3 levels too. Maybe next month it'll be easier to find time for both.
Glad to know someone cares though :cool: Any more news with the MIDIs?
Wow, a 15000-word dissertation. How much is that in pages? [I'm aware doctoral dissertations can easily run up to well over one or more hundreds of pages. Though since I came from science/engineering school, I really only encountered thesis papers for science, engineering and mathematics fields, and those tend to have many diagrams, charts and mathematical derivations amongst the pages.]

What I've written so far is 20 pages, but it's only an MA dissertation, much smaller than a doctorate :cool:
I'm still here, and you were right, alot of people it seems, were on vacation. I just got back from one. It's summer , and what you have just experienced is a lull in the forum. usually, they suck.
