My suggestion is, add a button or buttons in a level's skills tab which when pressed would automatically set the skills to a custom preset of skills. For example, in this case all of the 8 classic skills are set to 100 (which makes you have an infinte amount of that skill in the editor). An example of when this would be useful is the fact, I often find myself making the actual layout of the level first and then going through it with infinte skills to get a feel for how the level plays and because you can only have a maximum of 10 skills I ususally just use the 8 classic skills. Maybe the presets could be customizeable? For example the people in this thread (https://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=4359.0) might want to set their "10 classic skills" as a preset. Maybe presets could be downloaded and set to other people?

EDIT: I accidently forgot to make the bomber skill set to "100" on the "After" screenshot but you get the point.
After some more consideration of this, I think downloading an importing presets is a bit unnecessary.
However, I still think a "set to 100," "plus or minus 10" and "increase all classic skills plus or minus 10/set to infinte" would be a good idea to have at some point. Lix has a similar thing to this.
The SLX Editor now has "Set All Skills To Zero" and "Random Skillset" buttons, I could look at adding Custom Skillset for sure.
This could then populate a dropdown with a number of presets, including user-made ones. We'll also need a "Change all non-zero skill amounts" check which, when checked, will set the value of all non-zero skill numeric control values to that of whichever has just been edited. So, for example: the skillset is Builders 1, Bashers 1, Floaters 1. The checkbox is checked. The user changes Builders to 15. Bashers and Floaters would then also change to 15.
I'll add this to the to-do list for SLX Editor (which can be used to make NL levels).
